Forest Bathing & Yurt Meditation

Immerse in forest medicine! We'll gather together and hike a short distance to a small private yurt overlooking Mt. Washington. I'll offer a guided meditation, with space for silence and attuning to nature. We'll end with a short hike back to where we began.

Location: 197 Mountain View Lane, Bethlehem, NH
*Please note this is a residential address at the end of a long dirt road. Once you turn onto 197, stay to the right parking in the spaces near my garage. If you need directions please reach out ahead of time.

What to bring:
Comfortable clothes for hiking and meditation
Hiking shoes
A meditation cushion (or pillow)
